INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING UP STD XI- ISC APPLICATION FOR

THE ACADEMIC YEAR : 2020-21

 

STEPS TO FOLLOW

 

  1. Applicant/Parent has to create an account by clicking "Create an account" button in the "APPLICATION LOGIN" form.
  2. After creating an account, login with the username and password in the "APPLICATION LOGIN" form.
  3. After logging in, Click APPLICATIONS MENU and Select STD XI, enter DATE OF BIRTH of the student and provide the PHONE NUMBER as registered in school software to validate and Create an application.
  4. Fill-in all the required details in the application form in BLOCK LETTERS and click SAVE button.
  5. In the list of Created Applications, click EDIT button to edit the details, if required, before making payment.
  6. Editing will not be allowed after payment for the Application Form.
  7. Click CONFIRM and then Click PAY button to pay the Application fee online. On successful payment, PDF button will be enabled to download the application form.
  8. Bank Service charge of Rs. 20/- will be applicable for payments through net banking. For Debit and Credit card payments there will be no service charges.
  9. Please upload a recent and clear passport size photograph of the student.

DOCUMENTS TO BE ENCLOSED

 

Application Form will be available online from 02.03.2020 on our website. After filling the application form online, a printed copy of the application form along with each of the documents mentioned below may be submitted to the School Admin Office after the Board Exam Results are published.

  1. Copy of Corporation Birth Certificate.
  2. Copy of Caste (SC/ST/OBC) and Baptism Certificate of the student as applicable.
  3. Copies of Board Exam Mark Sheet, Grade Certificate,
  4. Originals of Migration Certificate, TC and Conduct Certificate.
  5. If sibling is studying in SVPS, a copy of personal details from the school diary.
  6. A copy of Address proof of parent.

 

SELECTION

 

  1. Selected candidates will be receiving a message from the school regarding the admission procedures to follow. Only parents of the selected candidates may contact the School admin office, if you have not received the message.
  2. The message will give the date and time of interaction allotted to the selected candidates.
  3. The message received by the selected candidate should be shown in the admin office on the date of interaction.

 

INTERACTION

 

  1. It is mandatory for the parents of the selected candidates to show the message received on your phone from school regarding admission, in the Admin Office.
  2. It is compulsory for both parents and the candidate to attend the interaction.
  3. Candidates absent for the interaction will not be given a second chance until and unless permitted by the Principal in advance.
  4. Parents should carry the originals of all the documents attached to the application for verification.
  5. The admission/other fees will have to be paid on the same day soon after the admission formalities are completed.
