INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING IN APPLICATION FORM (ONLINE) FOR CLASSES PREP I TO STD IX FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR : 2023-2024
Note: The Application form will be available online from 01.02.2023 (09:00 am) onwards and will be closed by 15.02.2023 (04:00 pm). After filling the application form online, a printed copy along with the relevant documents are to be submitted at the School Admin Office latest by 16.02.2023 (04:00 pm)
STEPS TO FOLLOW
- Applicant/Parent has to click on the Go to Application Formbutton given at the end of this page.
- An application form will open.
- Select the Class for which you are seeking admission.
- Fill-in all the required details in the Application Form in BLOCK LETTERS. Make sure you fill-in name of the candidate, father and mother as per candidate's Birth Certificate.
- Once the application details are entered, tick the declaration check box and click on pay and submit button for making the payment.
- On successful payment, an acknowledgement with PDF link will be emailed to download the application form.
- Bank Convenience charge (Rs.20/-) will be applicable for payments through net banking. For Debit card payments there will be no Convenience charges.
- Editing will not be allowed after submitting the Application Form.

DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED
After filling the application form online, a printed copy of the application form along with a copy each of the documents mentioned below are to be submitted at the School Admin Office latest by 16.02.2023 (04:00 pm), after which no forms will be accepted.
Candidate:
- Corporation Birth Certificate
- Caste and Baptism Certificate, as applicable.
- Report Card for the Acedemic Year 2022-23
Sibling:
- A copy of personal details from the School Diary (only if sibling is studying in this school)
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
- Selection will be based on availability of seats in the respective classes.
- Only the selected candidates will be contacted by the School Office for Entrance Test. Selected candidates will have to do an Entrance Test (both written and oral). It is mandatory for the candidates to appear for the test on the day scheduled by the Principal.
- Students are selected for admission based on their performance in the Entrance Test.
- Selected candidates for admission will be intimated by School Office with the date and time of admission.
- It is compulsory for both parents and the candidate to be present on the admission day.
- Candidates absent on the admission day will not be given a second chance until and unless permitted by the Principal in advance.
- Parents should carry the originals of all the documents attached to the application form for verification.
- The admission/other fees will have to be paid on the same day soon after the admission formalities are completed.
