INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING UP ONLINE APPLICATION FORM FOR ADMISSION FOR

CLASSES PREP I TO STD IX

ACADEMIC YEAR : 2020-2021

 

STEPS TO FOLLOW 

  1. Applicant/Parent has to create an account by clicking "Create an account" button in the "APPLICATION LOGIN" form.
  2. After creating an account, login with the username and password in the "APPLICATION LOGIN" form.
  3. After logging in, click APPLICATIONS MENU and select the CLASS and enter DATE OF BIRTH of the student and then click SAVE button to create an Application.
  4. Fill-in all the required details in the Application Form in BLOCK LETTERS and click SAVE button.
  5. In the list of Created Applications, click EDIT button to edit the details, if required, before making payment.
  6. Editing will not be allowed after paying for the Application Form.
  7. Click PAY button to pay the Application Fee online. On successful payment, PDF button will be enabled to download the application form.
  8. Bank Service charge of Rs. 20/- will be applicable for payments through net banking. For Debit and Credit card payments there will be no Service charges.
  9. Please upload a recent and clear passport size photograph of the student.

  • Selection will be based on availability of seats in the respective classes and the performance of candidates in the entrance test and the interview.
  • The online Application Form will be available from 01.02.2020to 14.02.2020.
  • After filling the Application Form online, a printed copy of the form along with a copy each of the documents mentioned below should be submitted to the School Admin Office between 01.02.2020and 15.02.2020.
  1. Corporation Birth Certificate
  2. Baptism Certificate as applicable.
  3. If sibling/s is/are studying in our school, a copy of the personal details taken from the school diary.

 

SELECTION PROCEDURE

 

ENTRANCE TEST 

Selected candidates will have to do an Entrance Test (both written and oral) and the date of the Entrance Test will be intimated by the school in due course. It is mandatory for the candidates to appear for the test on the day scheduled by the school.

 

ADMISSION PROCEDURE 

  1. Students are selected for admission based on their performance in the Entrance Test.
  2. Selected candidates for admission will be receiving a message from the school with the date and time of admission.
  3. Only parents of the selected candidates may contact the school admin office, if they have not received the message.
  4. It is mandatory for the parents of the selected candidates to show the message received on their phone from school regarding admission, in the Admin Office.
  5. It is compulsory for both parents and the candidate to be present on the admission day.
  6. Candidates absent on the admission day will not be given a second chance until and unless permitted by the Principal in advance.
  7. A copy of the Caste (SC/ST/OBC) Certificate may be submitted to the School Admin Office if available.
  8. A copy of Address proof of parents.
  9. Parents should carry the originals of all the documents attached to the application form for verification.
  10. The admission/other fees will have to be paid on the same day soon after the admission formalities are completed.
