Application Forms for classes Std-V to Std-IX new admission will be available online from 04.02.2026 (9 am) to 16.02.2026 (4 pm). The registration fee is ₹100/- which is non-refundable.

Please note: Once the online portal reaches the maximum limit for a particular class, the portal will automatically get closed for that specific class irrespective of the above mentioned dates.

After filling the application form online, a printed copy of the application form duly signed, along with photocopies of your ward’s documents mentioned below should be submitted at the School Admin office latest by 18-02-2026 (4 pm):

  • Birth certificate issued by the Corporation.
  • Caste and Baptism certificate, if applicable.
  • Aadhaar card.
  • Report card for the Academic Year 2025-26 from the current school.
  • For siblings (not cousins) of students studying in this school, a copy of the personal details from the school diary.

Processing of the application will take place only on submission of the above documents. [Submission Timing: Mon to Fri – 9 am to 1 pm & 2 pm to 5 pm; Sat – 9 am to 1 pm]

Admission Procedure :

  • Fill-in the Application form by clicking on “Go to application form” given below. Select Class Prep I to Std- IX. A guideline page will appear. Please ensure to go through the guidelines before you begin.
  • Submit duly signed Application form along with the photocopies of necessary documents latest by 18-02-2026 (4 pm) in the School Admin Office.
  • Shortlisting will be based on availability of seats in the respective classes.
  • Shortlisted candidates will have to do an entrance test (both written and oral). Only the shortlisted candidates will receive an email giving the date and time of entrance test.
    Classes from Prep I to Std. IV can expect entrance test email by 3rd week of March 2026 and tentatively the test will be in 4th week of March 2026. For other classes, the email can be expected by 4th week of March 2026 and tentatively the test will be in 1st week of April 2026. It is mandatory for the candidates to appear for the test on the day scheduled by the Principal.
  • Students are selected for admission based on their performance in the Entrance Test.
  • Only selected candidates for admission will receive an email giving the date and time of admission within 2 working days post Entrance Test.
  • Parents should accompany their ward for admission on the date specified in the email. Payment of fees and collection of books will be on the date of admission.
  • Parents should carry the originals of all the documents attached to the application form for verification.

Please note: Admission is subject to the discretion of the Principal. Principal’s decision is final and binding. Recommendation for admission will not be entertained.
